Please come by the car of Snow Tire in winter. There is a rent-a-car shop in Hakuba. We have a Battery Stand for Electric car

Elevator

There are elevators from the 1st floor to the 4th floor. For to the ski storage room at basement floor is a stair.

Juice, Coffee, Tea, Beer and Chu-hi are on sale.

One time is 200 yen. Detergent is free. You can wash 4.5 kg in 30 minutes. There is no dryer. We lend a hanger for dry in the room.

Skis and boards can put with safety key. The ski storage room is locked in the night for safety.

Drying Room is Heating overnight and the boots dry up untill the morning.
Please refrain from bringing wet boots to your room.

This room for adjusting skis and snowboard. there are tools.

When using a refrigerator, please write your name or room number.Please do not mistake it for other people's things.

Front desk & Lobby & Lounge

	Front Desk Open 6:00 - 23:00. We can also correspond you if you arrive at late night. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
	We are very sorry, there is no service of Money Exchange. ATM is in the Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal 5 minutes walk. The Bank is 15-minute walk.
